AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER: REMOVAL

HINT
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

(a) Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent the airbag working.

2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Removal (from 12/2010).

3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Removal (from 12/2010).

4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal (from 12/2010)

5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL RH Removal (from 12/2010)

6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and air conditioning amplifier assembly.
