Removal





BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

HINT
Refer to the instructions for Removal of the front seat assembly (w/o Seatback Board) Removal.

3. REMOVE YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and yaw rate and acceleration sensor bracket.





(b) Disconnect the connector and clamp from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor.





NOTICE:
Do not remove the installation nuts.
