Installation

NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION RECEIVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/ USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/ USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ USB Audio System)

(a) Install the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly with the 5 claws.

(b) Install the 4 screws.

4. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ USB Audio System)

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Engage the 9 clips, 2 claws and install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.

(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

5. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (w/o USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

6. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (w/o USB Audio System)

(a) Install the No. 1 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o USB Audio System)

(a) Install the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

8. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/o USB Audio System)

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Engage the 7 clips, 2 claws and install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.

(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

9. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) Installation

10. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) Installation

11. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

13. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Installation
