Installation

AUDIO / VISUAL: STEERING PAD SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH

(a) Install the steering pad switch cable onto the steering pad switch LH while holding the connector cover.

(b) Hold the connector cover down to engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

(d) w/ Microphone:

(1) Engage the 2 pins and install the steering pad switch RH.

(2) Install the screw.

(e) Engage the 2 pins and install the steering pad switch LH.

(f) Install the screw.

(g) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL HORN BUTTON ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 3 LOWER STEERING WHEEL COVER Installation

4. INSTALL NO. 2 LOWER STEERING WHEEL COVER Installation

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

6. INSPECT HORN BUTTON ASSEMBLY Steering Pad

7. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT Installation
