Installation





1GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT OIL CONTROL VALVE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 2 camshaft timing oil control valves with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK Installation

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Installation

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

6. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKAGE Service and Repair

7. INSTALL V-BANK COVER Installation
