DESCRIPTION
If all of the power windows do not operate, the master switch may have no power or may be malfunctioning.

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
(a) Disconnect the N2 master switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage:
for Regular Cab:
for Double Cab:
for CrewMax:
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
for Regular Cab:

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal
