EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: AUTOMATIC RUNNING BOARD ECU: INSTALLATION

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL SIDE AUTO STEP CONTROLLER ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the guide and install the side auto step controller ECU assembly.

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Installation

6. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH Installation

7. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH Installation

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

9. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Check Mode Procedure.
