BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: VSC OFF SWITCH: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Service Precautions.

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

3. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE VSC OFF SWITCH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the VSC OFF switch from the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.
