HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: SUB RADIATOR: REMOVAL

1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter) Coolant (for Inverter)

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER Disassembly

4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

5. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 5 INVERTER BRACKET Removal

7. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT Removal

10. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the radiator side deflector RH.





11. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the 2 water hoses.





NOTICE:
Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and in the disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and radiator assembly.
