Seat Temperature Switch: Testing and Inspection

SEAT: SEAT HEATER SWITCH: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.





Standard Resistance:

LH Side





RH Side





If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.

(b) Turn the seat heater switch on and check if the seat heater switch indicator comes on.

OK:

LH Side





RH Side





If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.

(c) Check if the seat heater switch comes on.

OK:





If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.
