Installation

CRUISE CONTROL: CLUTCH SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Fully loosen the lock nut of the clutch switch assembly.





(b) Adjust the clutch switch until the threaded portion comes into contact with the cushion. Tighten the lock nut and ensure that the threaded portion is in contact with the cushion.

Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE J/B)





(a) Install the main body ECU with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 8.4 Nm (86 kgf-cm, 74 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SIDE BRACKET





(a) Install the instrument panel side bracket with the bolt.

Torque : 8.4 Nm (86 kgf-cm, 74 in-lbf)

4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH Installation

5. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE Installation

7. CONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

9. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH Installation

10. INSTALL FOOTREST CLIP Installation

11. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST Installation

12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)
