Removal

EXTERIOR: FENDER LINER (for Front Side): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD (for LH Side)

(a) Remove the 2 screws and front wheel opening extension pad.





4. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD (for RH Side)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the 2 pin hold clips.

(c) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 screws.





(d) Remove the 3 grommets.

HINT
The grommets need to be replaced with new ones because they will break when they are removed.

(e) Remove the 5 clips.





(f) Remove the bolt, 8 screws and front fender liner LH.

6. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the 2 pin hold clips.

(c) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 screws.





(d) Remove the 2 grommets.

HINT
The grommets need to be replaced with new ones because they will break when they are removed.

(e) Remove the 5 clips





(f) Remove the bolt, 8 screws and front fender liner RH.
