Disassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE Disassembly

2. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

3. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR Disassembly

4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 air duct sub-assembly.





5. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the air filter case.





6. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Remove the clean air filter as shown in the illustration.





7. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and air inlet servo motor sub-assembly.





8. REMOVE FRONT BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and front blower motor subassembly.
