Installation

1AR-FE STARTING: STARTER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the starter with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the starter connector.





(c) Install the terminal nut and cover the nut with the cap.

Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 1 INLET AIR CLEANER Installation

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER BRACKET Installation

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INLET AIR CLEANER Installation

8. INSTALL BATTERY Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
