Installation

P313 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU

(a) Install the 2 brackets with the 4 screws.

Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

(b) Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU with the 2 nuts and bolt.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the clamp.

(d) Connect the 4 connectors to the hybrid vehicle control ECU.

(e) Install the tire pressure warning ECU Installation.

(f) w/ Smart Key System:

Install the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) Installation.

2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

7. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Installation
