Installation





2GR-FXE COOLING: TEMPERATURE SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TEMPERATURE SWITCH

(a) Using a 19 mm union nut wrench, install a new temperature switch.

Torque : 7.4 Nm (75 kgf-cm, 65 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
* Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler pipe when installing the temperature switch.
* Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Service Precautions.

(b) Connect the temperature switch connector.

2. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Coolant (for Engine)

3. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK Cooling System

4. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER LH Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Coolant (for Engine)

6. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
