Disassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the front console box cup holder sub-assembly.





HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE END PANEL (for 2WD)

(a) Disengage the 10 claws and 2 guides, and remove the front console end panel.





3. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE END PANEL (for 4WD)

(a) Disengage the 8 claws and 2 guides, and remove the front console end panel.





4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door sub-assembly.





5. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console compartment door.





6. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.





7. REMOVE LOWER CONSOLE BOX

(a) Remove the 5 screws.





(b) Remove the lower console box.
