Fog/Driving Lamp Relay: Testing and Inspection

LIGHTING (EXT): RELAY: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT HEADLIGHT RELAY (H-LP)

(a) Remove the headlight relay from the engine room relay block.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

2. INSPECT HEADLIGHT DIMMER RELAY (DIMMER)

(a) Remove the headlight dimmer relay from the engine room relay block.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.

3. INSPECT FOG LIGHT RELAY (FR FOG)

(a) Remove the front fog light relay from the No. 8 relay block.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
