Installation





2AZ-FE FUEL: FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply gasoline to 2 new O-rings and then install them to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.





(b) Install the fuel pressure regulator assembly.





2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP (for 4WD) Reassembly

3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP (for 2WD) Reassembly

4. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 4WD) Installation

5. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 2WD) Installation

6. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION TUBE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the fuel suction tube assembly to the fuel tank assembly Installation.

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

8. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK Fuel System
