Removal

MIRROR (EXT): OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Window) Disassembly

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL Disassembly

3. REMOVE FRONT ARMREST UPPER BASE PANEL (w/o Power Window) Disassembly

4. REMOVE FRONT ARMREST UPPER BASE PANEL (w/ Power Window) Disassembly

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH (w/o Front No. 2 Speaker) Disassembly

7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH (w/ Front No. 2 Speaker) Disassembly

8. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER

(a) Put the protective tape around the outer mirror cover.





(b) Push the lower part of the mirror surface and tilt it.





(c) Using a screwdriver with the tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws from the clearance between the outer mirror glass and visor.

(d) Disengage the claw.

(e) Disengage the 4 claws to remove the outer mirror cover.





9. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the clip.





(b) Disconnect the connector.

(c) Remove the 3 screws.





(d) Disengage the claw and remove the outer rear view mirror assembly.
