Installation

WIPER AND WASHER: WASHER MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump to the packing of the washer jar.





2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump to the packing of the washer jar.





3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer jar and pump with the 3 screws.

Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)





(b) Connect the 3 connectors.

(c) Connect the 2 washer hoses to the washer motor and pumps.

(d) Attach the 3 clamps.





4. FILL UP WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID

(a) Fill the washer jar with washer fluid.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) w/ Under Guard:

Install the front bumper cover Installation.

(b) w/o Under Guard

Install the front bumper cover Installation.

6. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH

(a) Install the fender liner with the clip and fender liner retainer.





(b) w/ Diffuser:

(1) Install the front fender splash front shield LH.

(c) Install the screw, nut and bolt.

8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH

HINT
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

9. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the washer inlet to the windshield washer jar and pump.





(b) Install the clip to the washer inlet of the washer jar and pump.





10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
