Installation





MIRROR: OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR





(a) Engage the 2 claws into the outer rear view mirror.

(b) Engage the 2 claws and install the outer rear view mirror.

2. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY





(a) Engage the claw and install the outer rear view mirror.

(b) Tighten the 3 nuts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (80 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the outer rear view mirror connector (w/ Power Mirror).

3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Window) Reassembly

4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Window) Reassembly

5. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab) Reassembly

6. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Access Cab) Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY Reassembly

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH (w/ Power Window) Reassembly

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH (w/o Power Window) Reassembly

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
