Installation





INTERIOR: ROOF HEADLINING (for Access Cab): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ROOF WIRE

(a) w/ Vanity Light:

(1) Install the roof wire with 20 new adhesive tapes, as shown in the illustration.





(2) Connect the 2 roof speaker connectors.

(b) w/o Vanity Light:

(1) Install the roof wire with 9 new adhesive tapes, as shown in the illustration.





(2) Connect the 2 roof speaker connectors.

2. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD

(a) Install the 2 new roof headlining pads onto the roof headlining, as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the roof headlining into the vehicle.





(b) Install the wire harness clamps.

(c) Connect the 3 roof wire connectors.

4. INSTALL COAT HOOK

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

(a) Turn the coat hook 90° clockwise and install it.





5. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

(a) Turn the visor holder 90° clockwise and install it.





6. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the visor into the visor holder.

(b) Tighten the 2 screws.

7. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the visor assembly LH.

8. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

(a) Engage the claw and install the assist grip plug.

(b) Tighten the screw.

(c) Engage the 2 claws and close the cover.





9. INSTALL ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the wire harness clamp.

(b) Connect the accessory meter connector and map lamp connector.

(c) Engage the 2 clips and 3 claws and install the map lamp.

(d) Tighten the screw.

10. INSTALL ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the room light connector.





(b) Engage the 3 claws and install the room light.

(c) Engage the 2 claws and install the room light lens.





11. INSTALL QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD LH

(a) Engage the 3 clips and install the quarter inside trim board.

(b) Tighten the screw.

(c) Engage the claw and close the cover.





12. INSTALL QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the quarter inside trim board LH.

13. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and clip, and install the roof side inner garnish.

14. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the roof side inner garnish LH.

15. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM LOWER PANEL LH

(a) Engage the claw and 2 clips, and install the quarter trim lower panel.

(b) Install the floor anchor of the rear seat belt outer with the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

16. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM LOWER PANEL RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the quarter trim lower panel LH.

17. INSTALL BACK PANEL TRIM

(a) Engage the 8 claws and 14 clips, and install the back panel trim.

(b) Install the 2 clips.

18. INSTALL BACK PANEL TRIM COVER

HINT
Follow the same procedure as for the opposite side.

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the back panel trim cover.

19. INSTALL BACK PANEL GARNISH HOLE PLUG

HINT
Follow the same procedure to install all hole plugs.

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 back panel garnish hole plugs.

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) for Automatic Transmission:

(1) Install the front console box Installation.

(b) for Manual Transmission:

(1) Install the front console box Installation.

37. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER TRAY (for Automatic Transmission) Installation

38. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Installation

39. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) for Automatic Transmission:

(1) Install the rear console upper panel sub-assembly Installation.

(b) for Manual Transmission:

(1) Install the rear console upper panel sub-assembly Installation.

40. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER TRAY (for Pedal Type Parking Brake) Installation

41. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL HOLE COVER (for Lever Type Parking Brake) Installation

42. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH

(a) for LH Side:

(1) Install the 3 wire harness clamps.

(b) Engage the claw and clip, and install the front pillar garnish and assist grip.

(c) Tighten the 2 screws.

(d) Engage the 2 claws and install the assist grip plug.

Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

43. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH

Follow the same procedures as for the front pillar garnish LH.

44. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

(a) Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip.

45. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

46. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH CAP LH

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the roof side inner garnish cap.

(b) Using a "TORX" socket wrench T30, tighten the 2 screws.

47. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH CAP RH

Follow the same procedures as for the roof side inner garnish cap LH.

48. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH COVER LH

Follow the same procedures as for the opposite side.

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the roof side inner garnish cover.

49. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH COVER RH

Follow the same procedures as for the roof side inner garnish cover LH.

50. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Engage the 7 claws and install the rear door scuff plate.

51. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

Follow the same procedures as for the rear door scuff plate LH.

52. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

(a) Engage the 2 clips and install the cowl side trim board.

(b) Install the clip.

53. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the cowl side trim board LH.

54. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Engage the 9 claws and clip, and install the front door scuff plate.

55. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

HINT
Follow the same procedures as for the front door scuff plate LH.

56. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST Installation

57. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR COVER (w/ EC Mirror)

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Engage the 2 claws of the inner rear view mirror cover to the mirror, and then slide the inner rear view mirror cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 claws to the roof headlining and install the inner rear view mirror cover.





58. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

59. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
