2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR NO.2 (for Bank 2 Sensor 1)

(a) Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector, and separate the wire harness clamp.





(b) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold LH.

4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Removal

5. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 3 FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY Removal

8. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

9. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1)

(a) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold RH.
