HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR (for Hatchback): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER PRESSURE SENSOR

(a) Remove the attached vinyl tape from the tube and the connecting part of the cooler condenser.

(b) Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint.

Compressor oil:

ND-OIL8 or equivalent.

(c) Using a deep socket wrench 27 mm, install the pressure sensor.

Torque : 11 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

(d) Connect the connector.
