1NZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR (for Hatchback): REMOVAL

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

2. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER Removal (from 07/2011)

3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH NO. 1 AIR CLEANER HOSE Removal (From 07/2011)

4. REMOVE BATTERY Removal (from 07/2011)

5. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

(b) Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the engine coolant temperature sensor and gasket.
