Removal





REMOVAL

1. Chock wheels and tilt open the cab.
2. Turn the key switch OFF and disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
3. Disconnect the injection nozzle tube and spill tube, remove the nozzle holder support from the nozzle holder assembly.







4. Attach a wrench to the top (= width-across-flat areas) of the nozzle holder. Turn the nozzle holder back and forth to lift it out.

NOTE:
- Before removing the nozzle holder, make sure the area surrounding the nozzle holder is clean and free from foreign particles. Do not allow foreign particles to get into the mating bore during removal.
- Be careful not to deform the spill pipe during holder removal.
