Clearing Diagnostic Memory

CLEARING DIAGNOSTIC MEMORY
To clear the diagnostic memory, ground the memory reset terminal located under the left side instrument panel.

Procedure for Clearing
1. Connect the diagnostic check harness (99731 Z0007) to the diagnostic memory reset terminal while in the Dealer Mode.
2. Ground the other side of the check harness to the vehicle body. Under this condition, the stored trouble codes will be cleared.
