An ignition related engine miss may be caused by loose, burnt or corroded high tension ignition angle connectors manufactured by Beru.

An improved spark plug angle connector was installed into production as of 6/19/88. In case of a complaint on the above symptoms, install new ignition angle connectors. The parts department will supply only improved sets of angle connectors and ignition cables.
