Ignition Cable: Service and Repair

Ignition cable connectors (new style)

To assure tight connections, ignition cables now have new style (M4) connectors, as illustrated below.

Connections at distributor cap, ignition coil, interference suppressors and spark plugs have all been changed to new style.

Note: Components with new style (M4) connectors are not interchangeable with old style. If replacement is required, install complete set with all connectors of same style.
