Load Compensator: Adjustments

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove bleeder screw on right front caliper and connect gauge US 1016 or equivalent.
3. Remove bleeder screw on left rear wheel cylinder and connect gauge US 1016 or equivalent.
4. Bleed both hoses and gauges with bleeding screws on gauges, then lower vehicle and depress brake pedal several times.
5. Remove nuts attaching regulator, then depress brake pedal until both gauges read 725 psi.
6. Tilt regulator forward 30°, then increase pressure to brake pedal until gauge of right front caliper reads 1450 psi. Gauge of left rear wheel cylinder must read 798-943 psi.
7. If not, replace regulator.
8. Disconnect pressure gauges and bleed brakes as described previously.
