Operation CHARM: Car repair manuals for everyone.
Manuals through 2025 now available!

Our trusted friends have launched a new website named LEMON, which has newer manuals. It also contains all the CHARM manuals.

LEMON is the spiritual successor to CHARM, I recommend you try it!

2. Adjust camber to specifications by turning the upper control arm shaft.
3. Tighten upper control arm shaft nut to 54 ft. lbs.

Toe

1. Center steering wheel by turning steering wheel from lock to lock and counting number of turns.
2. Turn steering wheel back 1/2 number of turns until lug on rubber washer of pinion shaft aligns with notch in steering housing.
3. Loosen tie rod locknuts, then adjust toe to specifications by turning both tie rods equal amounts. Ensure that tie rod boots are not twisted.
4. Tighten locknuts to 58 ft. lbs.
