With A/C

1. Pull the temperature control lever and the fresh air blower knob straight out from the control head.
2. Pry the trim plate from the instrument panel, and remove the screws holding the control head to the panel.
3. Tilt the control head to remove the multi-point vacuum plug, electrical connector, and blend door control cable.
4. Remove the control head.

NOTE: Install in the reverse order of removal, and adjust the control cables.

1. Slide the top control levers in the instrument panel to their closed (center) positions.
2. Slide the bottom temperature regulation lever fully to the left. Place the fresh air heater housing doors in their fully closed positions and connect the cables to the door levers and the control head.
3. Hold the levers in position, and install the housing retaining clips.
4. Check that the levers and doors operate smoothly.
