Engine Control Module: Service and Repair

CIS-E Control Unit Components:

1. Switch the ignition "OFF".
2. Locate the CIS-E control unit, which is located on the right rear side of the glove box.
3. Release the harness connector retaining clip.
4. Remove the harness connector.
5. Remove the control unit mounting bolts and lift out the control unit.
6. Reinstall in reverse manner, using care when connecting the harness connector.
