Deceleration Valve: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect and plug vacuum hose.
2. Start engine and run at 3000 RPM, then let throttle valve snap closed. Check for suction at valve.
3. Disconnect vacuum hose from T-connector. Run engine at 3000 RPM and make sure no suction is present at valve. Replace valve if suction is present.
