Vacuum System Leak Test
Vacuum system, leak testing Vacuum pump (V 18), removing:
-
disconnect vacuum line
1 from vacuum pump
2 and seal tightly
-
remove instrument panel trim from driver's side lower
Ventilation valves, removing and installing:
-
push in membrane on vacuum actuator
4 then push brake pedal down by hand up to pressure point
-
release brake pedal
-
membrane should not move
