COIL WIRE
Wire (complete) resistance 1600 - 2400 ohms
Wire (only) resistance approx. 0 ohm
Cap connector resistance 600 - 1400 ohms
Coil connector resistance 600 - 1400 ohms

IGNITION COIL
Resistance between terminals 1 (-) and 15 (+) 0.60 - 0.70 ohms
Resistance between terminals 1 (-) and 4 (center) 2500 - 3500 ohms

IGNITION TIMING [1]
2250 ± 50 RPM Coolant temperature sensor disconnected
Checking 4° - 8° BTDC
Adjust to 6° - 1° BTDC

PLUG WIRES
Wire (complete) resistance 4800 - 7200 ohms
Wire (only) resistance approx. 0 ohm
Cap connector resistance 600 - 1400 ohms
Plug connector resistance 4000 - 6000 ohms

ROTOR
Resistance 990 - 1210 ohms


[1] Ignition timing, idle speed and CO need to be adjusted together to prevent driveablity problems. For complete procedure, refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.
