Fuse 22 (S22) OK.
CHECKING VOLTAGE SUPPLY -
Check voltage on black Data Link Connector
(DLC) -A- in vehicle and note polarity.
Terminal 1 = Battery Ground
(GND) (-)
Terminal 2 = Battery Positive Voltage (B+)

Check VAG 1551/1 adapter harness for continuity.
