Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair



Condenser, Removing/Installing





Removing
- Discharge A/C refrigerant system. Service and Repair

- Remove front lock support and cover. Service and Repair

- Remove front bumper. Service and Repair

- Remove air deflector -6-.

- Remove refrigerant lines from condenser -3- and plug all open line connections.

- Lift condenser and remove.

- Install in reverse order of removal.

1 Seal, 480mm (18.9 in.) long
2 Radiator
3 Condenser
4 Seal, 460 mm (18.1 in.) long
5 Rubber grommet
6 Air deflector
