Condition

As a running change for m.y. 1996, the windshield wiper system with programmable wiper intervals is being eliminated for all Golf and Jetta models.

Production

The relay with programmable interval function, Part No. 1HM 955 531 A, is being installed in m.y. 1996 vehicles temporarily, until 12.95. The programmable function will be eliminated with the introduction of the new relay, Part No. 1HM 955 531.
