Removal
Fig. 20 Exploded View Of Throttle Position Sensor:
1.
Remove lefthand instrument panel pedal cluster cover, then disconnect wiring connector for TP sensor.
2.
Remove clip,
Fig. 20 pin, bushing and spring, then disconnect throttle pedal from cam.
3.
Remove TP sensor mounting bracket nuts, then sensor and bracket.
4.
Remove cam from TP sensor shaft, then disconnect TP sensor from mounting bracket
