1 Gasket
2 0.3 bar Oil Pressure Switch
3 Oil Filter Bracket
4 Stop Plate

NOTE: During removal and installation procedures, refer to the component location illustration above and component notes below.

COMPONENT NOTES
Gasket (1)
- Always replace.
- Note installed position.
- Oil before installing.

0.3 bar Oil Pressure Switch (2)
- Brown.
- Tighten to: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
- Wiring color, Blue/Black.
- If sealing gasket is leaking, cut off and install new.

Stop Plate (4)
- For oil cooler.
- Mounted to oil filter bracket.

Oil Filter Element (5)
- Observe change intervals.
- With by-pass valve.
- Opening pressure: 2.0 bar (29 psi).
- Clip into oil filter lower section before installing.

O-ring (6)
- Always replace.
- Lubricate before installing.

Oil Filter Lower Section (7)
- Tighten to: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
- Drain before removal.

Oil Drain Screw (8)
- Tighten to: 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).

Mounting Bolt (9)
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

1.4 bar Oil Pressure Switch (10)
- Black.
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
- Wiring color, Yellow.
- If sealing gasket is leaking, cut off and install new.

Engine Oil Temperature Sensor (11)
- Tighten to: 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).
