Procedures









- Remove door trim See 'Body And Frame, Trim Panel.' Service and Repair
- Remove window regulator
- Remove bolt -1-
- Remove window regulator -2- in direction of arrow from regulator motor -3-.







- During window regulator assembly or disassembly ensure cable drum -2-, with cables, does not come out of housing.
- Remove new regulator housing cover -1- from cable drum -2-.


NOTE: Greased surfaces must not be contaminated with dust or dirt. Grease with original grease G 000 450 02.







- Remove cover from new motor assembly -1- drive pinion.


NOTE: Greased surfaces must not be contaminated with dust or dirt Grease with original grease G 00045002.







- Insert window regulator in direction of arrow with window regulator motor and tighten all bolts.
- Tighten bolts in specified sequence
Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm (2.6 in. lb)


NOTE: Before removing window regulator, conduct functional check.
