SECTION B - Front Oxygen Sensor Replacement





- Disconnect wire harness connector from oxygen sensor
- Use special tool 3337 to remove front oxygen sensor -1- from exhaust manifold

NOTE: Coat threads of new oxygen sensor, 06A 906 262 Q, using anti-seize compound not containing silicon and marked safe for oxygen sensors . Do not allow compound to enter slots on sensor body

- Install new oxygen sensor (06A 906 262 Q) and tighten to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
- Reconnect oxygen sensor to wire harness
- Proceed to SECTION C
