Remove door.

Remove (unscrew) headlight mount connection.

Cut front
fender.

Remove excess material.
Replacement part -
FenderWelding -
Before welding check gaps and alignment to adjacent parts.

Spot weld
fender to B pillar, continuous seam (staggered).
