Material:

Activator D 000 701
Metal adhesive D 000 702

CAUTION:
- Handle adhesive material at room temperature.
- Read and observe all cautions and warnings on adhesive compound labels.
- Adhesive is completely hardened after several hours.
- Part numbers are for reference only. Always check with your Parts Department for latest information.

- Dimension for rear view mirror:
- a = 100 mm (approx. 4.0 )
- Clean bonding surfaces.







- Apply (spray) activator, wipe dry.
- Spray cleaned windshield surface with activator again and let dry 1 to 2 minutes
- Apply one drop of adhesive to center of cleaned retaining plate surface.
- Press and hold retaining plate on adhesive surface for 30 seconds.
- Install mirror.
- Wipe off excess activator.

NOTE: Residual adhesive must be sanded off bonding surface of retaining plates.
