Tightening torques
Transmission to engine








- Replace bolts.

1) Double stud with Me threaded stud
2) This double stud additionally secures starter to transmission.
A: Dowel sleeves (for centering)
Bolts (items 7 and 8) also have a retainer.





Transmission bracket -A- to transmission
- Replace bolts.
Bolts -1- 50 Nm + 90°
Transmission bracket -A- to transmission mounting
- Replace bolts.
Bolts -2- 100 Nm














Pendulum support to transmission and assembly carrier
- Replace bolts.
Bolts -A- 20 Nm + 90°
Bolts -B- and -C- 40 Nm + 45°

Note: Install engine/transmission mountings stress free.





Torque converter nuts -arrow-1 Qty. 6
- Replace nuts.
Torque converter to drive plate Qty. 6 57 Nm





All other bolted connections:








Ball joint to control arm bolts (arrows) and coupling rods -A- to control arm.
