Additional Information For Models With Air Conditioning

Additional information and assembly work on models with an air conditioning system

CAUTION: The air conditioning system refrigerant circuit must not be opened.

Note: To prevent damage to the condenser as well as to the refrigerant lines/hoses, ensure that lines and hoses are not stretched, kinked or bent.

To facilitate removal and installation of the engine without having to open the refrigerant circuit:
- Remove sound insulation.
- Remove retaining clamp(s) from refrigerant lines.
- Remove air conditioner compressor:





- Secure air conditioner compressor to towing eye (arrow) so that refrigerant lines/hoses are not under tension.

Note: Protect bumper with adhesive tape to prevent damage.
