Installing Transmission Control Module (TCM) J217, 01V, 5 SPD. A/T (AWD)
^ Insert multi-pin harness connector in connector housing of transmission control module - 1 -, swing in - 2 - and engage - 3 -.
If control module was replaced, it must be coded. To do so:
^ Connect VAS5051 A and advance program until "Function/component selection" is displayed
^ Then press "Powertrain (Repair Group 01; 1026; 2839)".
^ After that "5 Spd. Automatic Transmission 01V'.
^ Press "01 - On Board Diagnostic".
^ Press "electrical components".
^ Press "Transmission Control Module (TCM) -J2172".
^ Press "Code control module".
