Multi-Function Instrument Cluster Display Distortion

Condition

Multi-Function instrument cluster display is distorted or not working properly.

Service

Reset Multi-Function instrument cluster display as follows:

- Cycle ignition switch to OFF position

- Lower instrument cluster fuse box cover.





- Remove fuses 23 and 27 -arrows-.

- Wait 30 seconds.

- Install fuses 23 and 27 -arrows-.

- Raise instrument cluster fuse box cover.

- Cycle ignition switch to on position.

- Check Multi-Function instrument cluster display is operating properly.

If condition is not eliminated (i.e. customer returns with same condition):

- Replace Multi-Function instrument cluster display.





When procedure applies to vehicles within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, use the table.
